Ordering Information
There are two ways to order:
- Online using the convenient shopping cart
- Print and fill out the order form, include your check or money order and mail it to the address listed on the form.
Orders shipped within Indiana are subject to a 6% sales tax.
Processing Orders
Since each frame is handmade, please allow 5 - 7 days before it is shipped. All effort will be made to ship earlier; however we reserve the right to sell you a quality product.
Each frame is unique and cannot be exactly duplicated. We reserve the right to choose the antique wood used in each frame. Please do not try and specify the character markings you would like in your frame.
Returns
All sales are final. In some circumstances, we do approve and accept returns at our discretion. On the rare occasion you need to return a product, we require that you first contact us by email and include your order number. Please DO NOT return something without contacting us first.
We package with care. However, if damage happens during shipping, please contact us immediately. We insure all products and cannot be held liable for any product that has passed the seven day return deadline.

Your information is safe with us. We do not release or sell any of your personal data to any outside party. We only use your information to process your order.
